Office Marketing Assistant Intern Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (continuing or completed) preferably in Marketing, Communication or any relevant field.
• Good office skills
• High interest in Sales and Marketing fields
• Fluency in English Language ( written and spoken)
• Proficient user of MS Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc..)
• Project management skills 
• Strong Communication skills
• Multitasking skills
• High stress tolerance needed to meet tight deadline

Office Marketing Assistant Internship Responsibilities

• Collecting and consolidating market information /data as guided through templates (mappings, usage data, competition data etc)
• Assisting and coordinating on marketing activities for the sales field team, marketing communication tools and related cascades or requests from our local and regional offices
• Co-ordinating promotional activities planned by department through field sales representatives when such a need arises
• Responsible for generating necessary presentations, making project follow-ups, compiling or consolidating sales reports as guided.
• Generating ad-hoc reports when requested
