    A University graduate with minimum of Second Class Upper Division.

BAT Management Trainee Programs- The selection process

If you’ve decided that British American Tobacco is for you, and you’re keen to join our International Management Trainee Programme, the first step is to click on the ‘Apply Now’ button, search for vacancies and complete the application.
If there are no suitable vacancies you can submit a speculative application or set up a search agent to notify you when new vacancies meeting your requirements become available.
There are three main sections to the application – CV, cover letter, education and experience and additional questions regarding your motivation to become a Management Trainee.
We will then review your CV and application and if you match the skill-set we are looking for we will invite you to the next stage. The full selection process includes ability tests, interviews and an assessment centre. At the assessment centre, we’ll look at your skills and suitability through your performance in a number of stretching, but fun, exercises.
The whole selection process is likely to take about three months from your initial application and you will receive regular updates on the progress of your individual application.
