KPMG is one of the ``Big Four’’ auditing firms. It is a global network of professional firms offering audit, tax and advisory services to organizations. The East Africa operation is made up of Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda with the Nairobi office serving as the coordinating office.
Every year between April and September, KPMG East Africa holds its annual graduate recruitment program with an aim to recruit the best graduating students from all public and private universities in the Kenya, the East Africa region and the rest of the world.

KPMG Kenya Annual Graduate Recruitment Process

  • Stage 1: Graduate Recruitment Fair- Once the application process opens, the Graduate Recruitment Fair is an opportunity for interested graduates to meet KPMG and learn more about this employer, the opportunities offered and the recruitment process.  
  • Stage 2: Aptitude Tests: Shortlisted applicants are invited to take the aptitude tests to demonstrate their intellectual ability. Your National ID or passport is required for the verification process.
  • Stage 3: Assessment Center: This step assesses the competencies, strengths and capabilities of the graduates in a team environment.
  • Stage 4: Manager Interviews: those who pass the assessment have the opportunity to interact with KPMG managers and seniors and learn more about the firm and their roles in it.
  • Stage 5: Partner Interviews: Those who pass the manager interviews proceed to meet and interact with the partners.
  • Stage 6: Successful candidates who pass all these steps receive an offer to join the firm
  • Stage 7: Induction
  • Stage 8: Begin work
